ब्राइटन में पला-बढ़ा मैं ग्रामीण इलाकों से जुड़ा हुआ हूं क्योंकि हमारे घोड़े मेरे परिवार के पास हैं क्योंकि मैं एक बच्चा था। एक अनुभवी घोड़े के मालिक के बड़े होने के कारण मुझे बाहर घूमने और नई जगहों की खोज करने का बेहद शौक है।
बड़े होने के दौरान मैं यूके के ग्रामीण इलाकों के लिए प्यार के साथ एक छोटी उम्र से बहुत ही बाहरी और रोमांच से प्रेरित था। मेरे बचपन की वजह से मेरे 18 साल के होने के बाद आगे की यात्रा करने का मेरा जुनून चला गया। 18 साल की उम्र से मैंने 30 से अधिक देशों की यात्रा की और लगभग 2 वर्षों तक भारत में रहा। मैं अपने विकसित कौशल के साथ नए स्थानों की यात्रा करने, पकड़ने और नए अनुभव हासिल करने के अवसर का आनंद लेता हूं।
मैं दुनिया भर में विविध संस्कृतियों, यात्रा और बाहर के बारे में भावुक हूं और अपने पोर्टफोलियो को विकसित करने के लिए नए स्थानों और मुठभेड़ों की तलाश जारी रखूंगा।

Culture and landscape around the world are at threat due to climate change, pollution, the eradication of natural resources, land privatisation, post-colonial political structures and the lack of funding. I aim to celebrate the achievements constructed by tourism boards, businesses, and non-profit and non-government organisations to help share the stories of their successes and overall impact.
With a global fight to preserve culture and tradition for the next generation; indigenous people are adapting to climate change, uplifting their communities with grassroots initiatives and connecting to their local landscape by implementing revolutionary restoration projects which I want to document. Traditional and economic practices amongst communities whose lives have been fragmented because of a change in climate, poverty and inequality are issues which people within the creative industry have the power to talk about by sharing in these intimate stories.
Partnering with clients to document these realities, helps to challenge people's decisions to take action by supporting campaigns, businesses and organisations who empower human rights, and protect the environment and its inhabitants while highlighting the importance of protecting wildlife and preserving culture. I am immersing myself within cultures and communities, including my own, to understand our changing world and to help give landscape, wildlife and heritage at risk of extinction a voice.
Many indigenous communities continue to hold onto their traditions and native landscape. We have to take into consideration an aspect of life the modern world has begun to leave behind; such as living in harmony with the natural world, the joy of community and the benefits it has on our mental health, knowledge of the land and the importance of using natural resources sustainably, local foods produced with ancient regenerative agricultural methods, the abundance of wild native foods and plant medicines on our doorsteps and the benefit of preserving artisan skills and crafts. These are wisdoms our ancestors all had access to which I want to highlight through my work as a journalist and photographer.
Every day people around the world are being forced to adapt to new ways of living. I believe it's important to remember while the West has ‘advanced’ far beyond most communities in the world, we should take into consideration the advancement of knowledge from ancient and Indigenous culture's relationship to the earth, with my belief that the modern world has a lot to learn by supporting and empowering their spiritual and sustainable way of life.

My Inspiration
यात्रा के दौरान जिन लोगों से मैं मिलता हूं, उन्होंने मेरे कुछ पसंदीदा यात्रा चित्रांकन और रिपोर्ताज क्षणों को प्रेरित किया है। नेशनल ज्योग्राफिक फ़ोटोग्राफ़र स्टीव मैककरी ने मेरे क्यूरेटेड काम, नए लोगों से मिलने के प्यार और यात्रा के दौरान नई कहानियों की खोज को प्रभावित किया है। इसने मुझे अपने अनुभव का दस्तावेजीकरण करने के लिए विभिन्न संस्कृतियों में खुद को विसर्जित करने के लिए प्रेरित किया है।
मैंने वाराणसी में शीर्ष मीडिया और फोटो पत्रकारों के साथ दशाश्वमेध घाट पर गंगा सेवा निधि के प्रसिद्ध देव दीपावली समारोह के लिए इमेजरी की शूटिंग के लिए एक फोटोग्राफर के रूप में काम किया है। एक समारोह जो दिवाली के बाद होता है जहां घाट लालटेन से जगमगाते हैं।
संस्कृति के प्रति मेरे प्रेम और आकर्षण के कारण कई बार मेरी छवि वाराणसी के स्थानीय भारतीय समाचार पत्र और यहां तक कि हिंदुस्तान के समय में भी छपी थी।
